Holly moved to Cape May in 2022 after living in north Jersey for nearly 10 years. Prior to becoming a New Jersey resident, she grew up in State College, PA and graduated from Juniata College with a degree in graphic arts and marketing. In 2020, she visited Cape May for the first time and – as a lifelong, and self-proclaimed ‘beach girl’ – fell in love with Cape May’s unique beach town charm immediately. She and her husband set their sights on moving to Cape May permanently, and officially put down roots when they purchased their home in early 2023. 

Holly’s background in graphic design and marketing allows her to apply her experiences and knowledge in communication, marketing, and customer experience to all facets and phases of her career in real estate. She looks forward to connecting with short-timers, full-timers, and part-timers alike, and helping make others’ dream of living in and enjoying Cape May county, a reality.

Holly is available to assist with various real estate transactions including the purchase and sale of residential properties, as well as vacation rentals.
